The Y radial insert ball bearing units offer versatile benefits with a cast iron housing and integrated grease nipple for easy maintenance. Fastening to the shaft is via the inner ring of the bearing with grub screw or eccentric ring fastening. The high-quality "Superagriseal" standard seals provide reliable protection. The main connection dimensions comply with the DIN 626-2:1999 and ISO 3228:1993 standards for the TU series and the JIS B 1559-1995 standard for the TUJ series. Tolerances in accordance with DIN 626-2:1999 and ISO 3228:1993 for the spacing of the guide grooves H1 and the width of the guide grooves A1 are in H13 class.

Special synthetic rubber is baked at the inside of thick steel shield plate and is fixed with the outer ring of bearing .The inner ring Outer diameter special synthetic rubber contact reasonably tight the friction resistance will be lessened. The thick steel plate protects the rubber seal. This combined effect ensures the long service life even under considerably unfavorable conditions.
